The Incentives and Awards Coordinator, Associate Professor Elif Boyraz, and Research Assistant Hatice Nursena Yücel provided information to our academic staff regarding the processes carried out within the framework of our University's incentive and award guidelines.
During the meetings, existing practices aimed at encouraging academic activities carried out by teaching staff and students at our Vocational School were discussed; assessments were made regarding issues encountered specifically at our Vocational School and areas for improvement.
Furthermore, the expectations and needs of the administrative staff at our Vocational School were evaluated, and mutual ideas were exchanged on making the incentive and reward mechanisms more comprehensive, accessible, and functional.
