Final-year students who have not graduated within the maximum duration of study for their enrolled programme will be able to sit supplementary exams for their remaining modules (those in which they have failed, missed attendance, or have never taken).
Students must complete their application by selecting the relevant courses for supplementary examinations via the Student Information System between 22 and 26 June 2026, via the ‘Application Procedures > Supplementary Examination Application V2’ screen.
Course registration checks and approvals for students who have submitted an application will be carried out by the relevant departments.
After submitting their applications, students must contact their departments to find out the exam dates and sit the exams in accordance with the method determined by the course lecturer (depending on the nature of the course, this may be an online exam, an assignment, a face-to-face exam, or, for courses where assessment is based on practical work, the completion of the required practical task).
Application dates for supplementary examinations: 22–26 June 2026

2. Supplementary examinations: 6–10 July 2026
Maximum Duration
“Students must complete associate degree programmes, which have a standard duration of two years, within a maximum of four years, starting from the semester in which the courses for their enrolled programme are delivered, regardless of whether they enrol in each semester or not, excluding a one-year foreign language preparatory class.”
