Information regarding the seminar on ‘Digital Minimalism: Setting Healthy Boundaries with Technology’, to be organised by our university’s PDRMER

With the aim of promoting PDRMER services and supporting the personal development of our University’s students, orientation seminars for our students have been scheduled for Thursday, 1 October 2026, at 1.30 pm.

The seminar, entitled ‘Digital Minimalism: Setting Healthy Boundaries with Technology’, will be delivered by Dr Abdullah Aldemir, a lecturer at the Faculty of Education, in Auditorium A at our Vocational School.

The seminar is open to all our students, particularly first-year students who have recently enrolled at our Vocational School.
