An event organised on the topics of ‘Online Betting, Gambling Addiction and IBAN Rental’ was successfully held with the aim of raising awareness amongst our university students, promoting the TOGÜ Addiction Prevention Club and fostering social awareness.
As part of the event, students were informed about the risks that online betting and gambling can pose from individual, social and economic perspectives; attention was drawn to the negative consequences of addiction. Furthermore, awareness was raised regarding the legal and financial risks students may face in relation to IBAN rental.
Throughout the event, students’ questions on the subject were answered, and the importance of behaving responsibly and cautiously was emphasised.
The planned event was successfully completed following the necessary preparations and organisation.
